We do not sell personal data. We do not create user profiles. We do not use submissions for advertising or behavioral targeting.

What You Can Do

What Is Not Allowed

  • Doxxing or attempting to identify any individual

  • Sharing names, addresses, phone numbers, or workplaces

  • Posting identifiable details about private individuals

  • Using Vent to threaten, harass, or incite harm

Our Zero-Tolerance Policy on Doxxing

Doxxing is the act of exposing or attempting to expose personal information and  is strictly prohibited on Vent.

Content that includes identifying details about individuals may be removed, restricted, or escalated according to safety and legal requirements.

This policy exists to protect everyone ,including the person sharing  from harm, retaliation, or unintended consequences.

Responsible Use of Insights

Anonymized and aggregated insights may be reviewed by qualified mental health professionals to help inform care strategies and wellness initiatives.

These insights are never used to identify, contact, or intervene with individuals. The focus remains understanding patterns , not monitoring people.

Important Boundaries

Vent is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, local emergency services or crisis hotlines should be contacted immediately.
